THE PROPERTY
Borgo dei Sogni, situated in San Felice del Benaco’s historic center near Lake Garda, offers Unique Apartments & Suites. Built in the early 1800s, the property was restored in 2003 and renovated in 2022, blending historic charm with modern comfort.
Set in a quiet street just 150 meters from the church, with a number of quality restaurants, bars, shops, a supermarket and a bicycle rental store reachable within walking distance. A scenic pedestrian path reaches the beach and port in 15 minutes, or 4 by car. The area also boasts extensive cycling and hiking trails.
A welcoming, homely atmosphere is emphasized through thoughtful design, a complimentary welcome drink, and cozy touches like soft blankets for breezy evenings. Each unit features a private terrace or balcony and an independent entrance.
Access the property through a digital gate and a private internal courtyard, once Piazza Umberto. Today, guests can relax here or store their bicycles.

THE ACCOMODATION
No matter which option you choose, you can expect quality matrasses, upscale bed linen and towels, as well as bathrobes and toiletries from a nearby local olive oil farm on lake Garda.
The apartments have a fully equipped kitchen and all accommodations offers a Smart TV, free Wi-Fi and free public parking at 150 meters from the property. Sheltered bicycle storage is available in the private courtyard.

THE AREA

From beaches to wine-tasting and roman ruins, from adventure activities to unique things to do like visiting poet D’Annunzio’s grandiose villa, the shores of Lake Garda will keep everyone happy.
Borgo dei Sogni’s central location is also ideal to plan a trip to the nearby mountains or a multitude of cities like Milan (90 min), Verona (40 min) or Brescia, Italian capital of culture in 2023 (25 min).
The town of San Felice del Benaco consists of three ancient villages (borgo); San Felice, Portese and Cisano. You can visit small ports, gourmet restaurants, vineyards and olive tree plantations and breathe a relaxing atmosphere. Isola del Garda, the largest island is also part of San Felice. Nature lovers will feel right at home here, as the area offers a vast network of cycle routes and hiking trails.
